Even though the current economic situation has been recover, but the business development that experienced the impact of the economic crisis has not fully recovered yet and still required the company to always be vigilant and responsive to the changing situations and conditions and often affect the economy. Management is a decisions and actions maker that led to the effective strategy development in order to help achieve the company’s objectives.

In determining a strategy, especially in terms of marketing, then the appropriate step is to begin with identifying, analyzing and diagnosing the opportunities, strengths, threats, weaknesses and opportunities. An environmental change has two meanings which are kind of two opposing blades for a company, namely can become an opportunity to improve and develop the business, or these changes can also be a threat to the company.

Therefore, the company’s management is required to always be responsive and adaptive and can adjust to the environmental changes that continue to occur and influence the economy. Management policy is the whole system of economic studies, such as marketing management, production management, financial management and personnel management in order to resolve company’s problems. Each part of this system has its own functions and duties which of course also differ between one management systems with the others.
