The purpose of this is to provide description in order to know the effectiveness of CRM systems implementation at H bank, before and after using the system, viewed from various aspects.

The collected data will be analyzed by paired test and regression analysis.

From result of this research can be obtained that the bank has less attention to the human as a principal of CRM system and also various other factors that cause the ineffectiveness of CRM programs in the Bank H.
