Maximize Performance

Performance is a day by day process which leads to the expected performance in accordance with the planning. Together, managers and employees can review the employee’s performance regularly. If it goes according to plan or exceed the expected, the managers then provide positive reinforcement so that performance remains high. If it less than as planned, the managers can provide guidance so the things that cause problems can be overcome. These include arranging strategies together with employees to create exact working plan.

6 Maximize PerformanceGiving guidance periodically can avoid aspects of “postmortem” performance assessment which is often uncomfortable and naturally unproductive. Addressing the problem at the time the work was carried out also removes element of “blame” at the time of working assessment.

If manager act as a mentor, and not as a judge, then he and the employees can work together to achieve desirable results from employees, which is finally have positive impact for the company.
