Great desire to move forward often encouraging employees to do self-developing by themselves (self development). The way to do it could be all kinds, for example: taking courses; a lot of reading; or recently by joining the Open University. All of that were done by the employees because they believed that only by improving themselves, opportunities to move forward can be achieved.
Because of that, even a company held training activities, the benefits must can be felt by the employees. Education must be held to support their goals. In other words, training should be related to efforts of career development, because basically everyone wants to move forward, wants to grow, and wants to reach the highest position as high as possible. By the same case, their job satisfaction can be fulfilled.
