The importance of the company to be concern to the employees or Human Resource Management (HRM) has always been the center of attention from various parties. The reason is because the employees are the main actors of the production and marketing. Business strategy may not be achieved if there is no actor in it. Therefore, as long as they are working, they should be placed at important position as a corporate asset.
In this case, what should be notified by the management is how their work productivity can be enhanced through the activities of human resource development. The form can be through education and training. When the working productivity is increase, then it is also can increase the performance of the company. As a result, the compensation which is received by the employees would also be increased.
With hope, employees and families can improve their welfare. The question is whether the attention of the management just limited on the value of output alone? On the other hand, does the management not listen to any employee who is stuck on his career, the hope of human dignity which decreases when the employee retires, the family life which stalled after the employee retires, and the occurrence of the phenomena of stress and depression?
Those several questions are important to answer when the company only focused on the short-term program that is increasing the production and lowering the production costs and for the satisfaction of employees which is temporarily only.
