Guarantee that you will get the quality of goods or services that suitable with your expectations can only be provided by companies that already have certification of a quality system standard.
As a buyer or user of a product we certainly feel very disturbed and disappointed when the product that has been purchased apparently have very poor quality, unsuitable to used, does not match the equipment that we already have before, easily damaged, or dangerously used.
